When I am feeling out of sorts, I like to listen to this song on repeat a few times. I think about this line: “Give me the strength to carry on / ’til I can lay my burden down.” And also this one: “I’ve just got to put these wings to test.”
Then I take five deep breaths, and I feel better. This also makes me feel better. What do you do/listen to/read when you are feeling unlike yourself?
